Cypher Exploit

On August 7th, 2023, an attacker exploited cypher's primary contract, thus cypher is currently unavailable as there are accounts with corrupted state due to the nature of the exploit.

We are currently working on our next steps towards reimbursing users and ultimately relaunching the project, you can read more about these efforts below.
